The mission of the Golden Coast Residential Coalition is to unite residential communities across Florida's Golden Coast so they can share knowledge, strengthen advocacy, improve preparedness, and advance the collective interests of the residents and neighborhoods they serve.
Vision
We envision a connected network of residential communities that communicates openly, prepares responsibly, negotiates more intelligently, and speaks with a stronger collective voice on issues that affect daily life, long-term value, safety, resilience, and community wellbeing.

Communities Should Not Operate in Isolation
Many associations and residential buildings face similar challenges. The coalition creates a space for leaders to compare experiences, identify common concerns, and learn from one another.
